Covered material This license covers SEIHouse Sans (formerly SEIReader): its font binaries, official subsets, runtime stylesheets, and original drawing/build source and documentation supplied with this release (the "Font Software"). It also applies to authorized modifications of that material. This license does not cover the separate SEIHouse Display Engine, third-party reference fonts or data, or archived earlier releases. Those materials retain their own notices and existing permissions. Their presence in the same repository does not grant rights to them under this license. 2. SEIHouse ecosystem permission An ecosystem user is anyone who lawfully receives the Font Software through an official SEIHouse app, service, creative tool, website, or font distribution, or as part of a creative document embedded under this license. No paid membership, registration, or minimum activity is required. SEIHouse Productions LLC grants ecosystem users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to install, use, copy for their own use, and customize the Font Software for personal or commercial creative work. This includes work made with SEA, SEN, and other SEIHouse tools, and continued work in other creative tools. There is no limit on users, devices, audience size, projects, revenue, or the number of copies of permitted creative output. You may publish, sell, and share your creative output, including artwork, logos, covers, music/video graphics, printed material, books, and documents. You retain your rights in your own output. You may embed full fonts or subsets in creative documents such as PDF and EPUB, including editable documents. Installable document embedding is permitted; recipients remain subject to this license. This document permission does not authorize embedding the font in an unrelated application, service, game, website, template platform, or other software product. You may make working copies, backups, subsets, format conversions, and modified fonts for these permitted uses. You may share working font copies with collaborators and service providers solely to complete those projects, provided they receive this license and follow its limits. Collaborators and service providers may install and use a working copy only as needed to complete the relevant project, even if they do not otherwise qualify as ecosystem users. They may not redistribute or independently repurpose those working copies. 3. SEIHouse products and distribution SEIHouse Productions LLC and developers, contractors, hosts, stores, and distributors acting with its authorization may build, modify, subset, convert, bundle, and distribute the Font Software through SEIHouse products and official font deliveries, including apps, games, websites, services, updates, installers, app stores, CDNs, browser caches, and offline installations. There is no user-count, installation, domain-count, or traffic limit for these authorized SEIHouse deliveries. End users receive the permissions in section 2. 4. Uses requiring separate written permission Contact SEIHouse Productions LLC before embedding or bundling the Font Software in an independently operated product outside authorized SEIHouse distribution, or before redistributing font files as a standalone download, font package, font library, font service, or source repository. These restrictions also apply to modified fonts, subsets, and renamed versions. Selling your creative output as allowed in section 2 is permitted without additional permission. Receiving a copy through an unofficial standalone redistribution does not establish ecosystem permission. Obtain an authorized copy or written permission. No license is granted to material not owned or licensable by SEIHouse Productions LLC. Rights outside the grants above remain reserved, subject to applicable law. 5. Attribution and names Preserve this license and copyright notices in font copies and metadata you are permitted to share. Public attribution in your artwork or documents is appreciated but is not required. Identify a modified font as modified when sharing a permitted working copy; do not imply that SEIHouse made or endorsed it. You may retain the family name for your own permitted modifications. This license grants no right to claim ownership of SEIHouse's names, logos, or marks, or to imply sponsorship or endorsement. No registered-trademark claim or SIL OFL Reserved Font Name is made by this license. 6. Term and termination Permission continues while you comply with this license. If you breach it, SEIHouse Productions LLC may terminate your permission by written notice. Where the breach can be corrected, you have 30 days after receiving notice to correct it before termination takes effect. Termination does not transfer ownership of your output or revoke rights in creative output made lawfully before termination; new use of the Font Software must then stop unless separately authorized. Leaving the ecosystem alone does not terminate rights already granted to an authorized copy. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by this license. 7. Disclaimer and liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Font Software is provided "as is", without warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. SEIHouse Productions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Font Software. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law. 8.
